When you’re playing in mid-30s heat, your clothing shouldn’t just be lightweight — it needs to act as an active cooling system. Cotton is your enemy here; it absorbs sweat like a sponge, gets heavy, and traps heat. Instead, you want fabrics engineered to shift moisture and block UV rays.

## 1. The Best Fabric Types
